To register at the Hilton Garden Inn and University of Wyoming Conference Center (District Hotel) in Laramie click on www.uwconferencecenter.com. 

Click on reservations on the left hand menu.

On the right hand side, put in your lodging nights under check availability. Click GO! 

Fill in the Stay Information, Room Type Preferences, and under Special Accounts enter Kiwani (Enter Kiwani (only 6 digits, no s)) when prompted as the Group/Convention Code. Click "Continue"

Check All Room Types and select your room.  Click "Continue"

Make sure your reservation is correct and charge out the room.

At the very bottom of the screen, click on BOOK NOW.  Print your confirmation.

call (307) 745-5500 and ask for Group: Kiwanis (7 digits) and book your room verbally.

The room charge under these two Group Codes is $99 per night plus tax for King or two Queens.
