COPI Fundraiser Coffee Jam
Columbine High School’s Unity in Action club has an annual Coffee Jam. Coffee Jam is similar to an open-mic night. Performers are open to showcase their talent all night. The performers range from musicians to poets. In addition to entertainment, there are always homemade baked goods, coffee, bagels, and tons of food. Art is on display and for sale as well. Overall, it is an amazing night!!! All the proceeds of the Coffee Jam go to the organization of their choice. This year, UIA has joined forces with Key Club! And this year’s Coffee Jam proceeds are going to Children of Peace International (COPI). As a special treat, Columbine is going to have special performers come and perform the lion dance, a traditional dance from Vietnam.
